i found the reception staff very professional. mahmoud bassiouny and ahmed abd el rehim helped to. the maya restaurant was really good (i loved the steak). the staff, especially akram, was very friendly and professional.
The pool was not heated enough . I complained daily with no corrective action taken. despite my concerns raised to management, i received no feedback or resolution regarding the pool temperature.

poor entertainmentmissing umbrellas
i encountered a few issues. the evening entertainment was poor. waitresses seemed uninterested and slow (it took 30 minutes for someone to take my order unless i asked). also, many sunbeds by the pool lacked umbrellas.

The gym had three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. The food options included five distinct restaurants. All offered unique menus. The beach had staff that regularly cleaned sunglasses and provided fresh towels.

the resort was generally clean and well kept.
I was disappointed that the pool was not heated adequately. I made four complaints, but there was no feedback or corrective action. i used to enjoy the pool last year, but this time, i could only stay in it for a maximum of 15 minutes per day. it seemed like cost-cutting measures affected the overall experience.

My husband and i had a fabulous stay. the architecture is amazing, and the facilities are great. I'm talking gym, tennis, padel courts, even a football field. our room was spacious. It featured a walk-in wardrobe. the view from the balcony made every morning special.
We chose this spot for a family break, expecting a comfortable, high-standard resort but three of us developed severe stomach issues after eating at the restaurant. it continued after we flew home and required medical notes. drinks were slow. wrong orders happened often. the staff were unavailable too. It was disappointing.
